The publication Opera publica is an avant-garde book project that combines interdisciplinary works by 40 contemporary artists with texts by authors: Experimental cultural studies, philosophy and ‘art poetique’, together with images of art works and exhibition photos, create an ‘Opera publica’ in book form.
Margit Nobis and Clemens Mock combined the most diverse art formats in the staging of a work tableau. Online video art, installation, photography, internet and social media art, digital objets trouvés, psycho machines and digital painting all become a heterogeneous ‘Gesamtkunstwerk’.
