Eric Deis is an interdisciplinary artist currently living in Vancouver / Canada. Deis holds a B.F.A in Visual Arts from the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design. He is currently on the Faculty of Interactive Arts / Technical University of British Columbia / where he teaches classes in new media.

The artist's work focuses on the digital medium / exploring the relationships between the screen - based and physical embodied world as a means of developing and further understanding how we experience and interact with technology.
