| ian a. quirante on warpig: this 4 minute demo song describes the stages of war through instrumental build up and by its arrangement, from the introduction to the final climax. the song starts with a melancholic bass drum, it is then layered with other instruments which all end up in a menacing conclusion. war has the same progression, it starts with political disagreements, then the tension swells up and it ends with a bang! my use of electronic
drums and synthesizers depicts the technological warfare being used today.
as a musician-painter my main objective is to allow the listener to visualize
hi-tech war through my music. text by the artist |
